Dumbbell Preacher Curl on an Exercise Ball

The dumbbell bicep curl on an exercise ball is a modification on the preacher curl. The bicep curl against the exercise ball is a great way to isolate the biceps:

Step 1:
Kneeling on the ground and leaning over an exercise ball, grasp a dumbbell.

 
Step 2:
Flex the bicep hard and bend at the elbow.

 
Step 3:
Relax the bicep and lower the arm.

 
Step 4:
Repeat for all required reps, then switch arms.
