Q:How did your fitness career begin?
A:In a nutshell, I admired many athletes I saw on the fitness covers, and shows like Exercise TV. I loved how women looked strong, fit and beautiful. I started taking care of myself by cooking, doing the Zone Diet. Then I started working out with a trainer, who taught me how to train for a woman's body, not a mans, which at the time there were only magazines that were based around men and their training programs. From there I helped out some friends and found I had a true passion for helping others, got certified after some years of training, and researching everything I could- and here we are today. I am living my dream helping people become fit and healthy and happy.
Q:Awesome! What is your workout routine like?
A:It's always chaging! As it should be, right!? Weight training is 6-6 days pers week, cardio is varied, 45 mins 3-5 days per week. HIIT cardio and LISS 2 times per week. Plyos, band work for glutes.. the list goes on!
Q:What does your diet look like?
A:Always primarily clean, such as lean meats, shakes, and veggies with the occasional treat in my day since I can afford it. But lately I have been tryng IIFYM but eating the same clean foods as before. It's helping me stay more structured, balanced and leaning me up nicely. Its all about eating really healthy food, not just poptarts. Health has to be from the inside as well.
Q:When did you begin modeling?
A:In my 20's. I always wanted to model. But I am short. That is why I love fitness. You can be thick, small, tall, petit, and be a model. I am short but muscular and love to represent what a healthy woman looks like.

A:Ironmanmagazine.com , Muscleandfitness.com, Strong Fitness Magazine, local magazines, and many other online websites for cover athlete of the month. I have all those links and information on my website under "Resume".
Q:Nice! What projects are you currently working on?
A:Rebuilding my website to make it more than a one stop place for people to get tips and videos. Making the videos of course is always time consuming. And focusing on reaching more people in the world who woul love some help to bettering themselves.

A:I have a few, but first and foremost for me was Kiana Tom from Flex Appeal!!
