A:Born and breed in Auckland, NZ. Father is of Croatian origin and mum is a Kiwi (New Zealander).
Q:How did you get voted world's number one online trainer?
A:All started a while ago when I started my profile on Bodybuilding.com. Had many people asking for training programs and started my online business from there.
Q:What's are some of your keys to successfully training your clients?
A:Personalising all my program for every client. Everyone is different and has different needs. There is not one magic workout or meal plan. You need one built around your own statistics and goals. Following someone elses random plan just simply wont get you results.
Q:What is the number one reason for your client's non adherence?
A:Commitment! The thing that most people need to understand is if they want something they have never had, they need to do something they have never done! You will need to change your diet, and maybe workout more of harder then you have before if you want to achieve your goal physique. Many people will use excuses like its too hard or I don't do that. Then wonder why they dont have the body someone else has. You need to stay committed to the program set for you and only then will you achieve what you want!
Q:What's your diet and training routine look like?
A:I calculate my macros once a month, setting all my daily Proteins, Carbs and Fats based off my statistics and goal at the time. Then I build meals that fit my macros for the day and normally pre cook the night before. I train 6 days a week 2 hours a day. Training each muscle group at least once with abs being done 3 times. Sunday is my rest day.
Q:What projects are you currently working on?
A:I'm working on some new workouts for my clients at the moment which can be done at home, as well as a bootcamp style program. Also I'll have an app coming for my members very soon.
Q:Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
A:JRF will be the biggest Online Personal Training company in the world, I want to help as many people as possible change their way of living for the better.
