A:Originally I am from Queens Village, NY.. I lived there most of my life, moved to Centereach, Long Island then Stonington, CT. Now I am on my way to pursue my dreams further in California!
Q:Cali! Why did you get into the wrestling industry?
A:I grew up in a wrestling family, my father was an amateur wrestler in high school and my uncle a professional wrestler in Puerto Rico. I knew from a young age that I wanted to be a wrestler. From attending wrestling shows in New York to learning wrestling moves from my family, it was in my blood! I attended a wrestling school at 17, started traveling across the US for training and shows, then got signed to TNA iMPACT Wrestling at 20. The most important part of my story is that my dad had dreams of pursuing a wrestling career and after years of denial and depression after his passing on 9/11/01 in the World Trade Center, I decided to pursue it for me and for him.
Q:Sorry to hear that, I'm sure he would be proud. Favorite finishing move?
A:My favorite finishing move is the one I use now, the moonsault and I do it in honor of my favorite female wrestler, Lita. The moonsault is a backflip off of the top rope, on to your opponent lying face up in the ring. As a kid watching Lita perform that move, I said "I want to do that when I grow up!" ..Or in the pool, "lets try it now!" I was quite the crazy one!
Q:Lol! How did you transition into becoming an actress, and where have you been featured?
A:Tommy Dreamer was the one to get me signed to TNA iMPACT Wrestling AND get me my first acting job. I went to visit him on set of the movie he already had a part in called Self Storage and I met the director and the producer, they told me that they were wrestling fans and would like to have me in the movie. I was stoked! Then I hear Eric Roberts walk by and say, "Yes! Can I kill her tomorrow?" I thought he was kidding… until the next day, we were on set and I was chained to a wall.. covered in fake blood! My favorite acting job I've had so far was in Army of the Damned, I played a cop named Officer Denise Lawson. Along side wrestler/ actor Tommy Dreamer, Sully Erna of Godsmack, Joey Fatone of 'nsyc, Tony Todd and Michael Berryman. I was second female lead and what a challenging yet amazing opportunity.. It was my baby and I had the most fun with the character. Officer Lawson had two sides to her, the rookie cop and the demonic killer, a must see! I have also appeared in Chiller TV's Five Senses of Fear and a film with Boo Boo Stewart and Kevin Sorbo called Hope Bridge. I will be pursing more acting opportunities when I get to California.
Q:Good luck with that. I know you're a gamer. Ps4, Xbox or computer gamer? And give me your top 5 games of all time...
A: I am a Playstation girl! So, PS3 & PS4 are my go to right now. I do own an XBOX ONE and I am a recovering Sims game addict (half joking)! My top 5 games of all time are Mortal Kombat 9, Batman Arkham City, Sonic The Hedgehog for Sega, Tekken and Crash Bandicoot. Those are just MY personal favorite games that I have enjoyed since I started gaming, not everyone would agree with me and I am sure there are better games out there BUT PERSONALLY, I could never get sick of those games.
Q:Your bio says "comic book nerd".. Please explain lol...
A: Yes, I can PROUDLY call myself a comic book nerd because I am obsessed with comics! Marvel! DC! I am there! I go to comic cons and dress up as my favorite characters for fun or when I am signing at the comic con. I have dressed up as Harley Quinn, Catwoman, Phoenix, Princess Leia and Akasha from Queen of the Damned. While most girls are reading 50 shades of grey, I am reading about how Harley and Joker are plotting to kill Batman now!
