A:I was born and raised in London England but I now live in Kent, Bexleyheath.
Q:You are a personal trainer. What's the key to keeping clients motivated?
A:Giving them achievable goals, positive feedback and making the session fun not just hardcore hitting the gym. There needs to be a fun factor in training.
Q:Would you rather be boxing or wrestling?
A:Ohhh now that's a tough one very tough!!! I adore boxing.. the speed and power, the energy and adrenaline I get from boxing is amazing. The training is hard and I like to push myself to its limits and beyond, and boxing does this to me. BUT, wrestling is a whole different sport, the close contact and trust you have to have with others in this sport is a lot higher than boxing. The training is mentally hard for me, but I am very, very quick so the speed within this sport is fantastic. Although I have had more injuries in wrestling then boxing, I've had black eyes, split eyes, (needed stitches), busted knees and damaged muscles in my arm, (due to an arm bar). I like the dangerous element this sport has to offer. I would have to say boxing just because I feel I am technically better at the sport and I feel the love for it more. :-)
Q:You also practice Brazilian Jui Jitsu. How do you get out of a Triangle Choke Hold?
A:Now that's a very tough one, the trick is not to get in it ...LOL! What I would do is when I get in this position, block him with my elbow on his hips, bring my hips up so that his butt is on my knees, grasp the guy with my hands at his side so I’m locking him down, push down with my chest to put pressure on, and as I’m pulling on the guy and bringing my hips up-- this will release the triangle choke!
Q:Got it lol... Favorite Jui Jitsu move?
A:Armbar from mount, you have to be very quick but it is very effective.
Q:How did you begin modeling?
A:To be honest I just fell into it. I had my first workout spread in Ultra Fit magazine. I then had some more photo shoots with a fantastic photographer SNHFOTO (www.snhfoto.co.uk) and started sending my photos off to agents. I am now joined to WAthletic (www.wathletic.com), the largest sports agent in Europe, and I receive castings and jobs from them. I have been featured in Fitnorama magazine, Ultra fit magazine, various personal trainer websites and Flavour Magazine. I produced a few fitness videos and I am starting my own online combat classes next week, (www.instructorlive.com). I’m in the middle of writing a piece on all my fighting for Ultra Fit magazine, so look out for that! :-)
Q:I noticed you also write. Where have you been featured?
A:I have only just started to write for Tribe Sports, so this is very new!come from this.
Q:Your greatest inspiration would be....?
A:Can we change the question LOL! I don’t really have anyone... :-( I inspire myself to work harder to achieve my goals and dreams, I push myself further and further... to give myself and my daughter a great life with something I adore doing!
Q:Can you give us your Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, website,
and blog handles?
