A:I was born in Santa Barbara and raised in a small little Danish town 30 minutes north of SB called Solvang. YES... People actually live there lol. It's definitely a cute touristy town with lots of windmills and bakeries!
Q:When did you realize that fitness would be your career path?
A:It was when I was in high school that I found a love for sports and fitness. As the years went on, it became a passion of mine to research how healthy living can affect the body not only physically but mentally as well.
Q:What type of diet and workout routine do you use to remain fit?
A:My diet consists of lean meats, oatmeal, fruits, lots of veggies, sweet potatoes, eggs, whey protein and a TON of pancakes (healthy ones of course)! I weight train 4-5 days a week and do two sessions of cardio per week at high intensity for 20 minutes.
Q:When did your modeling career begin?
A:I'm still a newbie. Just started about a year ago. Hopefully I've got a long way to go!

Q:Sneakers or heels type of woman?
A:Sneakers for sure! I love being comfortable so 9 times out of 10 when you see me I'll be in workout gear. With that being said, however, I can't pass up a good pair of heels! It's nice to dress up every now and then and when I do, nothing makes me feel sexier than some classy pumps 👠😃
Q:Lol. Favorite movie?
A:Hmm....so many good ones out there! Scary movies are usually my fave but the first one that comes to mind is Bridesmaids. H.I.L.A.R.I.O.U.S.
Q:What's next for you and your career?
A:I'm currently working on an E-book full of healthy recipes. Be on the lookout for it early next year!
My goal for 2014 is to inspire and motivate as many people as I can to live a more healthy lifestyle. Providing healthy options when it comes to nutrition and lending fitness tips that I have learned throughout my journey are just a couple of ways I plan on doing this 💪😊
