A:Yup, but I grew up in Beijing where I learned to skateboard with a Chinese skate team called The Three Legged Cats, bought too many swords and mastered the art of swearing in Mandarin.
Q:Lol. Where do you get your burritos from in the UK?
A:In a hurry - El Burrito. It's a chain at some London train stations, where they do knock down burritos in 30 seconds flat. If I'm taking someone out for lunch - Benitos Hat. They do a mean double steak burrito and horchata deal for $15.
Q:When did you realize fitness would be your career path?
A:I never realised that. I fell into it. And now I'm here, I bloody love it. What could be more fulfilling than trying to physically better yourself and helping people to do the same?
Q:How did you link up with Men's Fitness?
A:Simply applied for a features’ editor role after years on ski and snowboard magazines, oh, and a men's wedding mag. Then I worked hard and got promoted. Rinse and repeat.
Q:Nice. What makes a great article to read?
A:One that makes you want to go out and try why you’ve just read about. That's what we strive for with everything we write for MF.
Q:Favorite movie and actor?
A:The Stath. Def got a soft spot for that dude. I like action Stath better than acting Stath, but both work.
Movie – Blade Runner. I'm listening to the Love Theme from it as I type this. BEST. SONG. EVER.
Q:Sooo… would you rather tackle a bear or try to escape from a rare white tiger?
A:Can't we all just get along? I'll bring steak!
Q:Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
A:In a wiser, kinder place. Otherwise I've failed at life.
Q:Can you give us all of your social media handles?
