Q:But what's the best place to eat in NY?
Q:When did your fitness journey begin?
A:4 years ago when I got out of college and I wanted to do so much with my life at the time that I didn't know what to do, (if that makes any sense haha), but it just took off for me somehow.
Q:Describe a regular training session for you...
A:There is no such thing as a regular sessions for me, I like to explore what I can do and always try new things. Nothing I do in the gym is ever planned. I got in look around and get an idea but I have no rep scheme now set amount I just go in and work.
Q:And what's your diet like?
A:(I wouldn't ask that) the word diet and me do not mix. I just eat what I want in moderation to healthy eating. I eat a lot of red meats and white rice, along with spinach salad most the time or chicken.
Q:You hold mass while keeping low body fat, what's the number one key to this?
A:Number one key for me is to balance out how much you eat and do more high intensity cardio, I choose to sprint rather then long dreadful treadmill cardio.
Q:Tell us about your online training business...
A:My online training consist of meal prep, coaching based on your goals from sports performance to fat loss. I also guide you with supplements and what to take to help reach your goals much faster. And also it's not just about coaching you for training but more so for a better healthier life.
Q:If you're not training you're...?
A:Playing video games like non stop or watching anime!
Q:What projects are you working on?
A:(Can't really say much right now ;)) but possible me and my girlfriend's own gym in the future.
