A:I am from Viet Nam originally, but currently live in Dallas, TX.
Q:Do you remember your first time at the gym?
A:YES! I was totally lost and confused. I had no idea what I was doing and the first thing I thought about is getting on the treadmill.
Q:When did you know you could become an IFBB pro?
A:I didn't! I didn't even know I was capable of competing to be honest. When I started training I just wanted to be the best version of me. I thought OMG, those girls are gorgeous and must have amazing genetics to be on that stage also a lot of hard work. My best friend was the first person who approached me about training and competing... and he believed in me! :)
Q:Describe being on stage...
A:Not so nervous. I get the anxiety when I stand in the line up. The thoughts going through my head would be perfecting my posing, smile, make a good impression and hoping to get top 5. But once you are on stage, it is an incredible feeling.
Q:Tell us about your own pre contest workout routine and diet...
A:It would be way too much of a prep to tell you in detail. Basically training 3 times a day, 2 times cardio and also a VERY strict meal plan with absolutely no cheats, (except to fill out and not come in so shredded.)
Q:What are some keys to maintaining low bodyfat?
A:Eat right and proportions to your body weight. Also do your cardio!
Q:What advice would you give to a young woman about to compete for the first time?
A:Practice posing and presentation, be confident! And always smile! :)
Q:What other projects are you working on?
A:Right now I'm working on my website to launch, also finishing up a couple of training plans and programs for more clients we are about to take on. I also want to do a pro show this year as well.
Q:Who has been your greatest inspiration?
A:My boyfriend as always, he is an amazing person and also a competitor. Juliana Malacarne is the best woman's physique.
Q:Can you give us all of your social media handles?
