Q:Why did you start going to the gym?
A:I started visiting a gym after my pregnancy, to reduce the 40 pounds I gained during my 9 months pregnant.
Q:When did you know you wanted to compete?
A:One day my personal trainer told me to compete in PR, because he was sure that I had potential.
Q:Describe being on stage...
A:Spectacular! Being on stage is a unique and special experience, with many mixed emotions as nerves- anxiety but finally joy and personal satisfaction, seeing all sacrifices become reality!
Q:Detail your contest prep diet wise...
A:My preparation is to eat every 3 hours, 6 meals a day. My nutrition is; breakfast is 5 egg whites and my cup of oatmeal in water, followed with the other meals- broccoli, asparagus, Mameya sweet potatoes, spinach with breast fillet, fish and beef fillet.
Q:What does your workout routine look like?
A:My daily routine consists of cardio 2 times a day and 2 hours of heavy weight training.
Q:Favorite cheat meal?
A:My favorite food is pizza and lasagna with lots of bread and butter.
Q:Favorite weekend activity?
A:I love going to the beach with my daughter and taking her to see movies. My daughter is my reason for living, I love her!
Q:Favorite movie ever?
A:My favorite movie is Avatar, because even though it is a fantasy, it has a great message of love.
