A:I am originally from Windsor, Ontario, Canada.
Q:What sparked your fitness journey?
A:My fitness journey was sparked when I hit an ultimate high weight of 170 LBS and reached my limits.
Q:Got it! Tell us about your own workout routine and diet...
A:My current workout routine consists of 1 hour workouts 5 days a week, (both lifting and cardio). During my off season I am working on maintenance until I decide what direction I would like to go in 2015. My diet consists of all food groups and I eat for health 80-90% of the time with a few treats on the weekend.
Q:Why did you decide to compete in the WBFF?
A:I decided to compete with the WBFF because I liked the way the brand represented itself and the "theme wear" in the Fitness Model category caught my eye. I enjoy being creative and showing my personality so this category was a perfect fit.
Q:Tell us about the transition to fitness model...
A:My transition to Fitness Modeling happened after my first show I sent in my story to Oxygen Magazine and before I knew, I was published in months and from there it went.
Q:Where else have you been published?
A:I have been published in Oxygen Magazine, Women's Health & Fitness Australia, Natural Muscle, Training & Fitness Magazine, Gorgo Magazine, and Fit & Firm Magazine.
Q:How did you hook up with Optimum Nutrition?
A:I hooked up with Optimum Nutrition shortly after sending in my athlete application and meeting ON in person at The Arnold Sports Festival in 2014.
Q:What other projects are you working on?
A:I am always working on projects within the fitness industry whether it's a recipe, a workout, or an article. But currently, I have been focusing on a personal project called the #LiveLifeProject. Over the years of competing and prepping I have found that I have lost some focus along the way with being mindful, making sure that I am living each day like it's my last, and finding balance between both worlds. So with the #LiveLifeProject I am making an effort to be mindful each day and follow through with the goals that are on my daily life list. I don't want to just think about doing something, I want to make it happen and this project keeps me accountable to myself and as a result it has created more balance in my life, which equals happiness.
Q:Awesome! Can you give us all of your social media handles?
