Q:Detail your pre contest diet and workout plan...
A:Pre contest is the same as my normal life. 6 to 7 meals a day, 5 to 6 days of lifting weekly and 5 day of cardio weekly.
Q:Do you plan on going pro?
Q:If your not in the gym, what else can we find you doing?
A:Hiking, trail running, backpacking, traveling, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming, biking, and just about any outdoor sport or activity.
Q:What's been your greatest inspiration?
A:My husband is a great source of inspiration as he competes and trains while serving as a Captain in the Marine Corps.
