Q:Why is fitness your chosen career?
A:FITNESS is my second career oppose to acting because it keeps me sane, focused and flexible to do the other.
Q:Tell us about your own workout routine and diet...
A:My routine is more gains in one shot: meaning in four weeks I do my workout in multi-joint movements. Push (chest-quads-shoulders) Mon, Pull (back-hams-biceps) Tue, Wed rest, repeat Mon and Tue on Thur, Fri or Sat. I just killed 2 weeks worth of workouts in one week. The last week of the month I go old school by splitting body parts up like legs Mon, chest Tue etc... Doing this routine I burn so much fat and gain muscle along with strength and vascularity. Nutrition is clean eating Mon-Fri, no carbs after 7pm. Weekends is a cheat- though I don't go overboard.

A:DBFit aka FAITH INSPIRED TRAINING is a system to activate your faith to accomplish your goals by viewing the weights as your life obstacles. What you can achieve in the gym you can do the same outside the gym.
