Breast lifts are performed to raise and reshape breasts that sag due to pregnancy, nursing, or gravity. As the skin loses its elasticity, the breasts often lose their shape and firmness, causing them to droop below their original location. The areola (the dark region around the nipple) can also be reduced in size.

Reasons To Consider

  • You have had a pregnancy that has left your breasts stretched.
  • Your breasts have begun to sag over time.

Breast lift surgery generally take 1.5 – 3.5 hours, and are performed in an outpatient surgical center. An anchor-like incision is made along the natural contour of the breast. Excess skin is removed, and the nipple and areola are moved to a higher location. The skin surrounding the areola is brought down and put together, in order to reshape the breast. Stitches are placed around the areola in a vertical line extending downwards.

Breast augmentation’s general purpose is to increase the size of a woman’s breasts, making them both larger and fuller. Breast enlargements are done using a salt-water based solution called saline, which is put into a silicone shell and inserted inside the breast. There is no evidence that breast implants affect fertility, pregnancy, or a woman’s ability to nurse.
IF A SALINE IMPLANT BREAKS, THE SALT WATER SOLUTION IS HARMLESSLY ABSORBED BY YOUR BODY.

Reasons To Consider

  • You want to correct a reduction in breast volume after pregnancy.
  • You want to balance a difference in breast size.
  • You want to enhance your breast size and shape.

Breast augmentations are performed in an outpatient surgical center and generally take between 1 and 3 hours. An incision is made in the crease below the breast, around the areola, or under the armpit, and the breast tissue is lifted, creating a pocket within that area. The implant is centered beneath the nipple and filled with the saline solution. The incision is then stitched up, and light gauze bandages are applied to the area.

Abdominoplasty, also referred to as the “Tummy Tuck,” is a procedure performed by surgeons that removes excess skin and fat from the middle & lower part of abdomen, and tighten the abdominal muscles wall. Tummy tuck procedure can dramatically reduce the appearance of a protruding abdomen, but should never be considered a substitute for weight loss.

Reasons To Consider

  • You have had a loss of skin elasticity (often caused by obesity).
  • You have a fat deposit that won’t respond to exercise or diet.
  • You have had multiple pregnancies that stretched your abdomen.

An abdominoplasty usually takes between two to five hours to perform, and is performed under general anesthesia. The surgeon will make a first incision from hipbone to hipbone in between your pubic and navel area, and then a second incision is made to release the navel from the tissue around it. Afterward, the surgeon will separate the skin from the abdominal wall and pull your vertical muscles in your abdomen closer together, which will tighten them. The excess skin is then removed, and your navel re-located to a proportional region…leaving your abdominal region looking MUCH firmer.

Rhinoplasty, also commonly referred to as a “Nose Job,” is a procedure performed to reduce the overall size of the nose or reshape it to the patient’s liking. Rhinoplasty – nose reconstruction surgery can change the shape or tip of the bridge, narrow the span of the nostrils, correct a birth defect or injury, alleviate some breathing problems, or change the angle between the nose and the upper lip.

Reasons To Consider

  • You want to reduce the size of your nose.
  • You want to correct an imperfection involving your nose.
  • You want to alleviate a breathing problem.

Rhinoplasty nasal reconstruction generally takes a few hours to perform, depending on the extent of the procedure. Incisions are made inside the rim of the nostril, as well as in the skin separating the nostrils. The soft tissue within the nose is then separated from the underlying structure of bone and sculpted to the desired shape. The nasal bones are carefully fractured and sculpted with a chisel when the patient wishes to reduce the overall size of the nose or remove a bump in the bridge. Cartilage is trimmed to reshape the tip of the nose, and the septum is trimmed to improve the angle between the upper lip and the nose. A splint is then applied to the nose, and the nostrils are packed lightly with medicated gauze. The stitches used to close internal incisions are self-absorbing and don’t require removal.

BOTOX, Botulinum Toxin A, is a purified protein made from botulism bacteria that prevents the release of the chemical transmitters that activate muscles. BOTOX injections are used to reduce creases in the forehead, frown lines, and wrinkles. This treatment decreases the ability to squint and frown, which in turn prevents the appearance of wrinkles. BOTOX injections are generally more effective around the eyes and forehead, but other areas can be treated.

Reasons To Consider You have visible frown lines or wrinkles on your face.     The skin into which the BOTOX will be injected is first cleaned with a topical anesthetic. A very thin needle is then used to inject the BOTOX into the wrinkle or crease being treated. Injections done on forehead creases are usually done 10-16 times to weaken, rather than paralyze, the forehead muscles. We also offer other facial plastic surgery besides BOTOX.
